the life i chose

been a while since i’ve updated my tumblr. many crazy, fun, sad, happy things have happened since the last time tumblred. i actually realize that life in KL, malaysia is not that bad after all. all u need is a bunch of good friends, places selling alcohol, doobies and movies with seth rogen, jonah hill, michael cera and danny mcbride in it. this is saturday and on monday i’ll be taking my first ever exam in msia. kinda nervous but i should be able to be ok. on the other hand, the love of my life of my life is coming over next friday! what a pleasant surprise. i need a short break before my last paper anyway. Alright blogasphere/tumblr-dom, thats all the updates i have at this moment. till next time!

ps: i can’t wait for my penang trip with nils and co right after exams, can’t wait for langkawi trip with sadat and co before next sem starts and trip to samui with the love of my life at the end of the year ;)

Been here about 2 months plus. a whole loads of things happened. a lot of good fun things and a few bad things. hope this lil blogga-majick doesn’t die. BTW aisyah’s coming next week! hopefully! can’t wait to see her :) alright world, talk to u soon, if i’m not too busy with my new life! peace

haven’t updated in a long while.. been pretty busy.. but mostly lazy i guess.

quite a lot has happened this few weeks. went for a seafood dinner with vince and yong. good food, butter crabs etc etc. but the best part of the week was last friday. i went over to yong’s place (see picture below) at damansara. it’s in a gated community. one house is no less than 100m from the other. that’s a whole lot of space in that area. his place has 4 storeys. his entrance is on the first, his bed room is on the second, his parents live at B1 and B2 is just the chill out area.

He has a pool too! his house is on a slope so B1 and B2 are not really underground. there’s a beautiful view from B1 and B2 of the hills surrounding the place.

so basically his place is in prime area of KL. he lives like 5 mins from Maya Karin and abdullah Badawi, btw. oh yea and he’s friends with maya karin cuz his dad made her house. they have coffee once a while. how awesome is that? i slept over at his place that night and had supper at some mamak place nearby. oh oh oh he also showed me this resto near his house, its pretty nice. the ambience is good too. can’t wait to take my baby bohbs there when she comes over! =) <3

next morning, woke up really early to go to sch to go for the genting trip. were supposed to be there at 7. but we got there at 8 and we’re still early. KL time la, got used to it. i could tell that the trip wasn’t totally well planned, but hey at least i got to make a few friends. 2 from malaysia kevin and shenay. 3 from botswana chilly, oneh and lante. 1 from s. africa, Mdu(yes thats his name) and a guy from bangladesh called wasi. it really sucked so bad that i couldn’t go to the casino. but oh well, took a few lame-ass rides here and there and i have a few more familiar faces in sch.. can’t complain right? its free! so that pretty much sums up my week. i rate last week 7/10. this weekend is totally gonna make this week 10/10 cuz my baby bohbs is coming! and my family too! :) buchuker! cepat datang! i can’t wait alr! grrrrr s—-! lol love u baby bohbs <3

alright so yesterday vince and i decided to go drinking cuz we were bored to death. so i met him at pyramid(where else right?) and got some drinks from this place called helo bali. we started getting a bit buzzed and a lil bored so vince suggested that we check out euphoria. the place is pretty big. cover was 50rm which includes one drink(decent). got two beers (19rm each) and hung out at the chill out area.. beer and fags.. awesome! we then decided to go out in search for cheaper alcohol.

went to 7eleven and got a bottle of carlsberg gor 7rm. fuckin’ A! so totally gonna pre-game at 7eleven from now onwards :) BUDGETTTTT. lol we headed back to MOS at abt 12 and headed to the main room. the resident dj is australian. played a totally kick-ass mix of trance and house. danced so much i think i actually lost weight from clubbing for just 3 hours. the decore of the place was actually pretty neat(good) and the crowd was pretty alright cuz there weren’t alot of mats. mostly the upper middle-class and above kinda crowd. totally enjoyed myself eventhough i wasn’t inebriated in any way. in short it was AWESOME.

the last song the dj played was a remix of “young folks”. that song really brought back memories for me and aisyah. hmmmmm good times sayang.

headed back to vince’s to sleepover at abt 3.30. slept and woke up at 11. went to some mamak place called jaafar and had nasi ayam. yes nasi ayam at a mamak resto. cuz the mamak food wasn’t ready yet. wtf right?

just got back from accompanying TK(my landlord/friend). he had ayam penyet at a nearby RIA place. then we drove to a nearby place to check out some second hand cars. gonna have a lazy sunday for the rest of the day at home, just chilling and prolly watch some dvds. oh oh and i’ve got a new tenant coming in today. some really selengeh chinese guy from sarawak… nerdy sial… arghhhhhh.. oh well….

alright, i say this alot but i mean it every time i do. i miss my gf and i’m always thinking abt her. can’t for her to come over.. have a good day, love. talk to u later <3

Seriously spent almost my entire friday at home… seriously wtf.. so i woke up at about 11 and i was so hungry. decided to call domino’s delivery. had regular extravaganza thin crust pizza, garlic bread and sprite. total? 27.80 rm. cheap, no? slacked and watched sherlock holmes on dvd. then later in the evening i got so fucking bored and hungry, i told myself i HAD to go out. so i met vince at his place and walked to an Adam Rd meets Simpang place called Medan. Had some mee goreng mamak and teh-tarik ice(my current favourite drink) and cigarettes of course. it started to fucking pour so we went to the second floor to play some CS at the lan shop.

After CS, we headed back to vince’s place.. watched “Chuck”. really awesome comedy and action series. called my LOML and talked to her for a while (wish i could’ve talked to her a lil longer though, miss her buchukness so much laaaa). so that sums up my “AWESOME” friday night. real exciting stuff..

my plan to the gym went out of the window again yesterday cuz my friend called and said he was in the area. So i hung out with him for some teh-tarik and awesome mee maggie goreng ayam near my place. After our chillax session he decided to buy a couple of beers and picked his other friend(shit i forgot his name) and drove us to some random lake to lepak, booze and smoke. fuck i’ve been smoking a lot! (noo choice la, so bored).

anw, wtf i found out from steve that Fedde Legrande didn’t come down to Euphoria cuz the club didn’t pay him enough. seriously… WTF

oh well.. Ended my night talking to the most beautiful girl in the world (inside and out) ;) a beautiful way to end my night, every night <3

Today’s actually pretty ok. Less lame cuz i was really focused on what the majors are generally about. Made a msian friend today. We get along pretty well, cuz he’s not typical msian and he’s pretty decent in terms of coolness. Best thing is that he smokes and plays poker too! The nice guy actually gave me a lift home after sch. met him(yong) and another two ppl Alexander and Emica in my unofficial o-group. the rest of the ppl in the group are irritatingly in cliques. but it didn’t matter cuz me, vince, yong, alex and emica had our little mini clique. Yong didn’t think i was singaporean and when i asked him where do i look like i come from, he told me “the better side of KL town”. totally took that as a compliment! :) then made two more new local friends at the smoking area, nadiah and faridz. feels a lil odd being sg-ean in this place.. but oh well, getting used to it. i rate the lameness of today 2 out of 10 (10 being the lamest). Just can’t wait to start studying proper cuz at least i know when i’m bored at home, i can actually read up and study. can’t wait to talk to my SOML later. till tmr, tumblr. you know you love me, xoxo giffy boy

I had a really good lunch at popeyes today @ pyramid. real good stuff but its 10rm.. a bit ex i think. aisyah’s right. i should not always convert everyting to sg dollars.. if not everything also cheap. gotta watch out on my expenses out here. also got my contacts and some medication (just in case). wish you were here, baby.. miss you..
